I’m on my fourth chair in the past 5 years. I’ve only had the legs snap off one chair, the others all seperate from the screws that hold the armrest to the back. The back then stops supporting weight. Duct tape works for a few weeks, then you have to buy a new chair. I currently am using a big soft chair from the living room that I scooted up next to the computer. Sure I have to climb over the side to get in front of my computer, but it sure is comfortable. Next step, a recliner.
