Toothpastefordinner is not necessarily cerebral humor, but it is definitely above the sophomoric plane. I take that back, anything above the sophomoric plane should be considered cerebral. Which means you need to think a bit about what is being displayed here.

Maybe it really is just two guys talking about a strange social interaction phenomenon, and the following terrible experience. Or maybe Drew is using a euphemism. Either way, think about it.
